Make your own ice cream cake Ice cream sandwiches to cover bottom of 9x13 pan 2 or 3 (for Neopolitan) - 8 oz tubs Cool Whip Chocolate and or Strawberry sundae syrup Crackle (optional) Line the bottom of 9x13 pan with ice cream sandwiches. Add syrup to 1 Cool Whip tub to taste and spread over sandwiches and freeze. If you want Neopolitan, add syrup to 1 Cool Whip tub, spread over last layer and freeze. Finish with the last Cool Whip tube (you can add vanilla extract if you want), over the previous frozen layers and freeze. You can then decorate the top with the crackle if you want.
