Makes good sense and is not racism at all! All colors of people wear hoodies, no particular one race has the market on this - it is for the safety of employees and for identification. Some criminals wear hoodies when committing crime so to remove the hood will now make them more identifiable for surveillance cameras. This is just common sense period but there is always someone who has to make it about race! I think it should apply to driving too because hoodies remove an unsafe amount of peripheral vision and can cause accidents due to limited vision.
