Makes me angry! The local authorities have set up a reuse/recycling station, its run like a business, but with a twist: we can give away anything not wanted anymore for free, instead og tossing it in the garbage. They sell it for almost nothing, except things that are spotted with avale, which is then sold for that value. For some reason the manager refuses to sell the cameras, somehow they get whisked away...... he know nothing about them..... Latest twis is a shelf of tech stoff not for sale There resides a slide projector, a polaroid - and a Minolta X-700 plus two lenses. None of it presented so it looks like a museum or such, just stuffed in a shelf, open to be handled by any moron. The poor Minolta is already suffering from a lost front ring on the short zoom lens... Makes my blood boil, since they got it for free, from somebody that wanted it recycled!
