Making Cranberry Juice Ive made cranberry juice in the before. It was never a hard process, but it did require cooking and using a food mill. I add no sugar and it is bettr than any cranberry juice you can buy and so inexpensive to make. Diane Becker does it this super simple way and says its fabulous, so how could I not give it a try. I will let it sit for 3-4 weeks before I open a jar and taste. Its only been a few hours since I took these pictures and already its a much deeper color. Ill let you know when I crack a jar open! To each sterile quart jar I added: 1 cup fresh cranberries and 1/8 cup splenda sugar blend. I did this to sweeten it, but have less calories. Diane adds 1/4 cup sugar per quart jar. You can of course add no sugar. Then fill jars with boiling water leaving 1 headspace. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes. Let sit 3 weeks before opening.
