Making a start on your health and fitness goals can be tough, - TopicsExpress

Making a start on your health and fitness goals can be tough, especially if you dont consider yourself to like exercise. One of our clients made a start in January this year, she couldnt do one full press up at that time. She can now complete 30 full press ups in a row....... oh and she has now lost nearly 3 stone as well. We decided that her goal for 2014 is 52 press ups in a row. Yep an improvement of one a week. If you are struggling to grey started: 1. Decide to start with the smallest change you can manage ....but do it now.....dont wait for the perfect time.....it wont happen. 2. Decide what you want......work back from that. So if its to lose 3 stone or better still 2 dress sizes.....just work out what you need to lose per week and per month to get there. If your goal is to add muscle, run faster 10km races, complete a mud run, go on holiday with the family..... Just know what you need to do and work backwards 3. Decide to tell all of your friends and family.....this kind of accountability will pull you towards the goal when things get tough. The only person stopping YOU is YOU! youtu.be/XPdYIj9UXm8
