Making dreams reality By james a. galgano Upon flightless wings we attempt to flee by dead of impending night In search of hopeful tomorrow fulfilling every fleeting dream beyond reach Beneath every falling star we often pray to guide our way into tomorrow No matter what we must do beg steal or borrow to make all hopes reality Turning each moment we are awake into a challenge we are willing to face With every ounce of effort made we find courage to one day hopefully succeed Knowing by our every concerted effort our struggle will move us forward decreed Despite all pitfalls encountered or every obstacle fallen upon us each and every day As long as we persevere each waking hour make our lives better in all we do or say No matter what cards we have been dealt from the stacked deck ill provided daily We must carry on from dawn to dusk hopefully ensure our dreams become reality
