Making homemade creme brulee for the first time. Its not as complicated as it seems. Since I dont have little ones under my feet in the kitchen (not that I dont mind, they love to learn AND cook) I decided to give a couple of desserts a try. Im currently waiting for the skin to form then I have to broil to caramelize the sugar. Afterwards, Im going to top with strawberries and left over espresso. Im going to give Panna Cotta a try as well. Hubbie and Mini Me both have a penchant for Italian foods and desserts and Jainas been harping at me to give it a go. Oh, I dont have souffle cups, so Im using my stoneware tea cups for the creme brulee. *Ahem* Vincent Adams *Ahem*Christmas present.
