Making more progress!! Loved my outfit for church today as well as the side by side of the football picture of Emmitt and I before I started Plexus and now since Plexus....and the side by side of my chin before and my chin now....still have a double chin but wow how much has it gone away?!?! I am thankful and after all my work at the gym plus taking the foods out of my diet that feed the candida along with my Plexus (Slim, Xfactor vitamin, ProBio5, Bio Cleanse and Fast a relief as needed after some workouts) I am loving how I feel. If you would have told me a year ago that I would be able to do the workouts Im doing plus the healthy food changes Ive made I would have laughed at you. So many things have changed in me the last year its amazing what happens for you when you put your mind to it, stick with it and put yourself into it faithfully.
