Making the most of where youre at in the journey. Do you do that?!? No matter where you are?!? I have to stop myself from being frustrated that I cant do my normal workouts. I could be mad, negative about it, and angry that in my last 4 weeks of this program, Im injured. Instead I got my workout clothes on this morning, to do some stretching and strengthening to rehab my back. Its feeling much better! And Im anxious to be back to lifting. But for now, Im focusing on healing and just being okay with that. *** I have to focus on being okay with it, every day. And then learning from it when I go back to my regular routine!! ***
