Malacañang spokesman Edwin Lacierda is using “good faith” as their defense to prove to the world that President Benigno “P-Noy” Aquino III should not be liable for the DAP because he didn’t know that it was illegal. Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV also came to the President’s rescue saying that the DAP has benefited many people and therefore, the President shouldn’t face an impeachment for doing good! What an idiotic comment! In my book, a person has good faith if he truly doesn’t know about the issue and never understood what the whole damn thing was all about. But Pres. Aquino cannot play innocent on the DAP because now it can be told from a document from the Senate archives that when Pres. Aquino was still a Senator he authored Senate Bill 3132. Senate Bill no. 3132, sought to prohibit the Executive Department from utilizing savings without the express consent of both the House and the Senate? Although this Senate Bill was never enacted into law… it is our proof that Pres. Aquino is not innocent on this case. philstar/opinion/2014/07/05/1342692/what-good-faith-malacanang-talking-about July 5, 2014
