Malasakit.... Had Pipens campaign photos and Tawi kids trip IDs printed in a computer shop. (ran out of ink). My bills at Php420 and i gave lady ate php1k bill. She frowned asking, Wala kang barya? I said thats the only money i have. Balikan mo na lang ang sukli mo. Wala kaming barya then she went back to her PC to continue checking on her facebook. I asked for my money back. (All the while she thought i would take the initiative to ask favor from the other stores nearby to have it changed to smaller bills.) I asked if shes the owner, a relative of the owner or the katiwala. She said owner is her aunt. Sayang naman. Dahil tamad ka at walang malasakit, nalugi na agad ng Php420 ang tiya mo. You think iiwan ko ang pera ko at babalikan ko ang sukli? Syempre hindi dahil mahalaga ang oras ko at di ko obligasyong humanap ng sukli. Ang obligasyon ko, magbayad. Sa yo na ang pina print ko at sa akin ang pera ko. Dami kayang rental sa harapan ng village. Habol si Ate at agad agad pinapalit ang pera. Tsk.tsk. tsk. :( Malasakit. Gods word is clear in telling us its importance. Serve wholeheartedly as if you are serving the Lord, not people. because you know that the Lord will reward each one of you for whatever good you do.. - Ephesians 6:7,8 Walang puwang ang pag unlad sa mga taong walang malasakit sa trabaho. I would always remind myself and the team, Ayusin ang trabaho pag may nakatingin pero higit sa lahat kapag wala.
