Malawi Adventist University is pleased to announce training opportunities for PRIVATE or SELF SPONSORED students to do diploma and certificate programmes in October, 2013 tenable at Malamulo College of Health Sciences, its constituent college in Makwasa, Thyolo . 1. Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the; • Diploma in Biomedical Science (Clinical Laboratory) • Diploma in Clinical Medicine Applicants must have a Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent with mandatory FOUR credits: Biology, English, Mathematics and Physical Science. 2. Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Technician Applicants must have a Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent preferably with FOUR credits: Biology, English, Mathematics and Physical Science. Alternatively, mandatory credits in Biology and / or physical Science or a pass of 7 either Biology or Physical science or credits in English and Mathematics and with two other credits in Agriculture, Home Economics or Geography. 3. Certificate in Clinical Medicine applicants must have a Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent with any two credits in Biology, Mathematics, Physical Science and a strong pass in English. Fees payable for 1, 2 and 3 above is K 325, 000.00 per Semester, thus K 650, 000.00 per year. The certificate (MSCE) must be obtained in NOT more than two sittings. Evidence of Sponsorship: Applicants are expected to provide written evidence from the sponsoring organization or individual.
