Malawi Telecommunications Limited (MTL) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Malawian candidates to fill the vacancy of Call Centre Agent 191 based at its offices in Lilongwe. MTL is therefore looking for a result-oriented person who will provide high standard customer service to promote and support customer loyalty to the company’s brand towards the achievement of the company’s ambitious plans. Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving and registering faults from customers and issue fault reference number. Other responsibilities will not be limited to the following: *.Faults Management and provides feedback to customers *.Maintains customer records *.Provides after sales support to customers *.Provides support service to all sales and marketing departments and submits reports The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and attributes: *.Holders of Malawi School Certificate of Education plus Certificate in Computing from a recognized institution. Those with certificate in Computer technology will have an added advantage. *.Knowledge of Broadband services *.Customer care skills and excellent spoken English *.Honest and prepared to work during odd hours Interested candidates should submit their applications together with their curriculum vitae and names and addresses of three traceable referees to the Chief Executive Officer of MTL.
