Malaysian MH 370 Conspiracy Theories. Whoa. These are getting bigger and wilder by the day. Just logged into the pilot forum and there are two really crazy theories doing the rounds tonight. Both are really insane and beyond belief - however every thing about the tragic saga is beyond belief. And just when you think it cant get any stranger, and weirder it does. There is something very very strange about this whole affair. I am convinced that all the key players, but especially Malaysia and the USA are hiding a great deal. What arent we being told - and why. The following simply cant be true - but theres enough here to get some people thinking - maybe. And thats the problem with a vacuum. People, and especially the media will fill until (or if) the facts ever emerge. And one other thing, especially to number 1 below - Diego Garcia was mentioned early and often by pilots trying to pinpoint what if any strategic targets a hijacker might try to reach from KL. Diego Garcia happens to be a very significant very secretive USA military base. And one would have to think that after 9/11 the Americans would have procedures/policies in place to address any unauthorized incursion into their air space. Interesting Diego Garcia is due west of the last radar contact. -------------- From pprune: 1/ Word on the street in my town, Perth, which has suddenly and inexplicably become the epicentre of the many theories is the only logical scenario, if it is not already parked in one of the stans is: They should be searching around Diego Garcia for wreckage. Its the only logical target within range. Diego is a high value US asset for operations into the Middle East and trans Indian Ocean traffic. Some evidence of a large aircraft passing the Maldives. The aircraft gets shot down by our American cousins inside 200nm rad after refusing to cooperate, as they should, and how could you find fault with that. Massive consequences for all and of course deniable, well, until somebody sticks their head above that well known parapet. The task of having to explain to the world, why it was necessary to shoot down a civilian airliner full of civilians, whilst it may have been perfectly justifiable, is of course beyond my comprehension. But thats the situation we have been placed by ths ideological clusterf@ck.
