Malcolm Gladwell - my Outliers/Tipping Point hero - has published a book on Misfits and Underdogs that is just a good as previous books EXCEPT according to his research smaller class sizes ( less than 24) do not necessarily improve educational delivery BECAUSE teachers dont work just as hard with a smaller group - they just work less, in which case what am I doing spending hours making learning materials planning lessons, and writing/documenting curriculum and running myself ragged keeping up with my very tiny classes. REALLY? TRULY? oh, and by the way, teachers are not misfits or underdogs.... read the book....
