Mama J..................this is for all our new friends so you will know about us and who we are!! Love new friends!! Opie is 2 1/2 years old and has spina bifida. He gets around in a cart from Eddies Wheels. He is incontinent so needs a male wrap/diapers/pullups for potty issues. Opie is considered a dragger since his back legs do not work. Wanda is the only female in the bunch. She is Opies fur Mama. I have had them both since the day they were born. Wanda will be 4 in December. She does not have special needs other than her tude. LOL She is all drama queen girl. Henry will be 1 years old this December. He is all boy. Henry has a spinal cord defect and this causes him to also be incontinent. He does not have SB like Opie. Henry can run and play normally. Henry came to be family with us February 2013. He came from Arkansas. Grampa T is my boxer. He is 14 years old. He came to be family with us in January 2013. He came as a owner surrender from Chicago, IL. He is a gem. He is not special needs, but a senior. This page is just day to day events in the pups lives, videos that they make and just fun and happy postings. I am Mama J.............my first name is Julie. We live in Springfield, Missouri. I am a probation officer and have worked in the prison/correctional system for 22 years. I have a son the pups refer to as Tall Boy. He recently got married. My daughter or Sissy is in the Navy (Naby). I am in the process of working on a childrens book about my pups. I would like to gear the book/books toward children with special needs and also to teach children how to treat each other, manners, budgeting, life skills, etc. through the pups.
