Mama prayer warriors I solicited your prayers tonight please. Needed a dose of patience & self control earlier but instead flipped my wig & lost it with my babies :*( very humbling going to the Father to asking for forgiveness & then to my children to ask for theirs (& yes it is important to ask the littles for their forgiveness it teaches them something as much as it does u) To which they said I forgive u mama its ok...ummm no its not ok..here I am trying to teach them not to let the situation control them & that they can only control how they respond not how everyone else does...so I said no babies its wasnt ok & Im sorry...see God is ALWAYS doing a constant daily molding and working on all of us..tonight he helped humble me & teach my kids a few lesson at the same time: 1) mamas not perfect & I will always make mistakes & let ppl down..but God wont. 2)ur children are always watching...practice what u preach BUT dont be so hard on urself when u mess up (cause u will..we all do) that when u make a mistake make it right & talk to them about it....its ok to let them see mom messes up & needs forgiveness....oh & to add insult to injury I chipped a tooth while eatting my Cheerios and think I swallowed it ;( ugh bummer
