Mamas...Sisters....upon waking up a while ago, I was reading of the issues one of our beloved servicemen had at the DFW airport and cried the entire length of time out took me to read all of the comments. I would first like to say how proud I am to be a member of this amazing group. There is nothing a group of military mamas cant accomplish especially when it comes to our military children. What happened to this young man was disheartening and uncalled for. My heart was breaking knowing what he was going through but with skills better than the FBI & CIA combined, you mamas made sure he got taken care of. With that being said, for whatever reason, for however long, should any of your children ever get stuck in the Louisville, Ky airport, especially with no food, etc......PLEASE, I beg you to contact me.....I am only apprx 10-12 minutes from the airport and would be honored to either take a meal to them or take them out to get one, take them blankets, a phone charger, or anything else they need. I have an extra bedroom so they are more than welcome at my home if needed. It is the absolute least I can do to honor them and show my appreciation for what they do. My son may need that same assistance one day and I could not bare the thought of him being stranded with no support, food, help, etc. Love you all!!
