Mamaws obituary.... Mary Frances Gilvin Curd Mary Frances Gilvin Curd, widow of Jack Curd, of Owingsville, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was a 90 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late Mona Gilvin and Simon Willoughby, a retired waitress and member of the Owingsville Church of Christ. She is survived by 3 daughters, Katheryn Jones and Charlotte (Fred) Williams, both of Owingsville and Betty Jackson of Richmond, 2 sons, Jackie (Carol) Curd of Mt. Sterling and Billy (Mary Anne) Curd of Olympia, 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grand-children, 26 great-great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Jackie (Hilda) Willoughby of Jeffersonville, Charles Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, and Danny (Linda) Conkright of Stanton, 4 sisters, Mary (Oliver) Willloughby of Jeffersonville, Anna (Bob) Geiger of Indiana, Peggy (David) Hatfield of Hazard, and Shirley Terry of Mt. Sterling, 2 special sisters-in-law, Betty Willoughby of Indiana and Janie Clines of Carlisle, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Linda Farmer, a great-granddaughter, and several brother and sisters. Her funeral will be 11:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Alton Norman presiding, with burial in Russ Willoughby Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8:00 Monday.
