Man, I feel real embarrassed like my parents were telling me that you can tell that the team as a whole sucked big time. They could tell, as a team, we werent in it. It already erks my nerves that people dont do what theyre supposed to be doing. Its not hard to listen and do what youre told; if we YELL and be LOUD, MOVE the way were supposed to, SMILE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PARADE, not even that, SMILE WHEN YOURE SUPPOSED TO that includes PRACTICES, and PARTICIPATE the way YOURE SUPPOSED TO, and just DROP THE ATTITUDES AT PARADES AND PRACTICES we can actually WIN or even PLACE when were being judged. Im over looking horrible because of a handful of people who make us all look bad. Were only as strong as our weakest link and if half our team is weak then were all weak. If you want to rub it in the other teams faces that were able to out shine them even without music then we have to own up to what we say. We cant claim to be the best if EVERYONE isnt putting in their best. Im one of the newest girls and yet I take this more serious than some of the girls thats been there longer than I have. Same with Adri, Sugar, and the other new girl (sorry for forgetting your name). But come on now. Im in this to have fun, to be apart of the team, to win, and to brag about how great the Diamonds are and I cant do that if some of use isnt doing what they need to do. For example: Ive been up since 5 this morning having craps so bad to the point where I wanted to cry, had the craps all throughout the parade and judges stand yet I was one of the handful of people who was actually smiling, doing when they needed to do, and doing what a diamond does , shine; but some of yall had attitudes for no reason. I had a legit reason to not be at my full potential but I did my best to brush that pain off to get back to what I needed to do. Just like how Fawn and Dawn were saying If you dont want to be int it then dont. Its not that hard to be obis isnt and do what youre told. Dont bring everyone else down and make the whole team look bad just because you dont want to do what you signed up for. I can say it any nicer. Everyone who show out came and signed up to drill, if you signed up for drill and dont drill what was the point in basically just waisting your parent(s) money? I just dont understand. Hopefully everyone who didnt work to your full potential the past few weeks can get it together in the next 22 hours so that we can actually go back to the best drill team and win some trophies and awards again. Thats all I have to say, if you get offended or dont like what I said well then I dont know what to tell you, Im just keepin it đź’Ż.
