Man , I have a couple of the best brothers in the world . Where else could you find someone who will laugh at your jokes, know exactly what kind of foods to avoid feeding you on camping trips, and long ago quit sending you socks for Christmas, because, they know theyll just get them back next year anyway! Lol Yes, brothers. They know you, and still have the intestinal fortitude to admit it! Ha! Yes, I love my brothers. They are a brave pair. In fact, they volunteered some years ago to move to even colder climates than here at our childhood Alaska. How you guys feeling about that tonight ? Well, the tropical flows we enjoyed as youngsters still come and go. Its just, when we were kids, there was no internet, satellite communications and 24/7 access to weather reports like we have now. So when the Chinook or Williwaw winds came and our deep freeze warmed up temporarily to a balmy 45 degrees and all our snow turned to a skating rink, we played happily, blissfully ignorant that it was simultaneously 45 below zero in places with strange names, like Bemdji , Fargo or Billings. Yes, I have the most courageous younger male siblings! Not too bright maybe.... But certainly brave. Something almost akin to martyrdom or sainthood, or at least worth a coupon for a free Subway sandwich , or Grizzly Burger. I love my brothers and miss them during these times. I got no one to pull me in the sled or to throw ski poles at, oh wait, that was my sister. But, she stuck it out, so to speak , and stayed up here. You, had to be there.... Love you guys....
