Man Im sitting here jotting down ideas and researching lands we can buy. While doing so I find myself doing research about brothers like Frederick Douglass, and Nat Turner. These brothers were different by night and day. What I came across about Frederick Douglass kinda has me down. One main reason is because there are a lot of our brothers who choose the easy way out when combating the system of white dominance in this country. I did not know that when John Brown asked Fred to be the face to free the slaves he declined because he admitted that he was afraid to die. John Brown said look I just need you to call them out because they wont come if they see me. I just need you to call them out so I can give them guns to fight for their own freedom. What kills me most is that He went and asked Harriet Tubman to do it, but she was too sick and yet she tried and was willing to go help him. She was too sick to accompany him. Damn!! Its the same today as it was in 1859, you negros are afraid.
