Man am I going to crap on this hotel when I review it. It is within walking distance of Lake Louise (which is why I booked it), and has the price tag to boot. Other than th location, it is a joke. Deer Lodge. From parking problems (no lines in the parking lot so people park at random angles) to lack of grounded outlets in room to an actual "Scald warning" about the hot water (should someone flush the toilet while you are in the shower), this place is best avoided. I asked for an adaptor for the outlet and was told that they had two adaptors, but both were in use. TWO adaptors for three floors of rooms. lol. I told them - twice - that an extension cord would be fine, and none ever arrived. I moved my desk into the hallway so that I could charge my camera batteries and my laptop. I look forward to reviewing the place on various websites. I already wrote a review on tripadvisor, and will post it here and forward it to the hotel when I am done.
