Man im in so much pain right now...got in a wreck today bc sum fkn idiot wsnt payen attn to the road n while we was stopped he came slamming into the back of the car hit us so fkn hard it knocked the car stereo out the dashboard I swear mfs r so fkn dumb..ive been in severe pain ever since..i have a huge knot on the back of my neck right under my skull tht hurts like hell n my back feels as if its on fire n Ive had this horrific migraine ever since tht has Not done nothen but gottn WORSE since the wreck..omg thnk god no kids ws wit us as they usually are...man Ive been eaten ibuprofen Advil Aleve aspirin Tylenol extra strength n it hasnt helped ease some of the tension/pressure from my migraine either not one time man I am hurting someone plz bring me something thtll take these pains away bc I cnt take it much longer this been like this since abt 4 in the afternoon PLZ HELP ugh its done reduced me to tears NBC the pain is so bad...but besides us all being in pain like this, we was ok..car was jst really fkd up frm it .but us personally, we r ok for the most part
