> Man in the first picture (black suit, no glasses) is Herbert Hoover < During The Great Depression, Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. > Man in the second picture (black suit, glasses) is Harry Truman < Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans. > Man in the third picture (gray suit) is Dwight Eisenhower < Recognizing that U.S. citizens needed to be put back to work, in 1954 Eisenhower deported 13 million illegal Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback. It was done primarily so World War II and Korean War veterans would have a better chance at finding jobs and gainful employment so they could support their families and get Americas post-WWII economic engine back on track. It took two years, but they deported them. If you have doubts about the veracity of this information just enter Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and read up. Compare this to the actions of our President today. For decades federal policy for receiving unemployment checks from the general fund (i.e.: your pocketbook & mine) carried with it the stipulation that the recipient be able to demonstrate he/she is actually *looking* for work. In his first term President Obama unilaterally removed that requirement. Four years later, the result? About half of our fellow citizens who are out of work and living off our dime are not so much as trying to find a job : business2community/human-resources/harris-poll-nearly-half-unemployed-looking-work-0941966#!bfwWh6 And now, though you or I never voted for, asked for, or approved - we have an open-borders immigration policy. Make no mistake about it, friends. We now are open borders. When the fed govt flatly refuses to enforce border security or immigration law --as it now does-- we have an open-borders nation. Why? How is ANY of this in any way benefiting the American people, the American family, the American worker?
