Man indicted in Rowland Ave shooting. Terry Lee, 36, was indicted on charges of aggravated murder and murder, both with a gun specification for the September shooting of Charles Matthews, 31 on Rowland Ave. He could face life in prison if convicted. Lee was arrested Oct. 3 in Cleveland, Miss, where he reportedly was staying with a family member. Other indictments included: Jimmy Rapp, 19. Rapp was indicted on a charge of abuse of a corpse. Police believe he left the body of Michael Mitchell, 29, lying against a power pole on Hull Road in Madison Township on April 5th. It is believed that Mitchell died of a drug overdose at a party in Mansfield. 3 people, including Rapp, loaded Mitchell into a vehicle and left him on Hull Rd to avoid having police at the party location. Mario Chuppa, 32, of Lexington, was indicted on charges of 3 counts of telephone harassment, 1 count of menacing and 2 counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. Between February 1st and November 13th Chuppa continuously harassed young victims using Facebook, texting, and other social media to contact victims. He threatened one victim and also sent obscene messages to two others.
