Man-made causes.. It is very obvious that there are no concerns about soil erosion and unsettled ground as six new developments were approved for the Local Plan in this vicinity. Three of these are high rise condominiums. This must account for the sound geo-technical studies conducted and positive results. Now that we can rule out natural causes, what continues to remain a mystery are the missing facts of man-made causes for sewage over-flows in the area - unless of course there are other possibilities??
