This very well-respected, Catholic Medical Center, offers a great career opportunity for a dynamic Registered Dietitian who enjoys overseeing both clinical and patient services activities. Within the next several months, the department will be implementing a CBORD room service program, so this is an especially exciting time to join the management team. The manager will direct all activities and staff responsible for Medical Nutrition Therapy and patient food service of patients at the Hospital (inpatient and outpatient), Acute Rehab, Hyland Behavioral Health and DeGreef Hospice House. Directs clinical and patient food service quality improvement processes. Oversees the clinical education program. Shares responsibilities with management team members for fiscal performance, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction of Nutrition Services-Hospital, Nutrition Services-Hyland Behavioral Health and Nutrition Services - Patient Services cost centers. Will play a key role in implementing Meals on Demand system. Requirements include: *Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Dietetics or related field, Masters preferred. *Varied background in Medical Nutrition Therapy. *Recent Clinical and Patient Services leadership role in an acute care facility (300+ beds) is mandatory. *Experience with Meals on Demand services strongly preferred (CBORD ideal).
