Manager, Finance & Accounting KPO Operations (jaipur) Our Manager will lead and manage our finance and accounting service line, including having primary responsibility for delivering sales & profit targets including business development, operations, human resource management, marketing and all activities to ensure that services and performance are delivered in accordance with senior management and customers expectations. Key tasks & responsibilities: Design, build and continually improve our client fulfilment systems to consistently meet our clients needs Create a high performing environment by recruiting, motivating and developing our finance and accounting teams Integrate our vision into the companys culture & operations and develop a structure that includes rules, values, and rewards to influence behaviour Use funds & resources responsibly to create a sustainable business, including developing processes to monitor & manage performance Prepare clients annual accounts, income tax returns, GST/VAT returns, monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts/budgets, daily accounting/book-keeping Managing clients company records, company resolutions and filings This role is based in Jaipur. Qualifications & required experience/skills MBA or Chartered Accountant + B.Com 3-6 years experience in an accounting/KPO/CA environment 3+ years leading a team of 25+ people Highly focused on designing and developing customer solutions Proven track record in implementing strategy Dynamic, proactive, highly organised and detailed orientated with a strong client focus Fluent in English and excellent communication, presentation and computer skills Salary:INR 4,25,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
