Manager HR - Center of Expertise: For a large player in the oil & gas industry with offices all over the world, we are looking for a Manager HR - Center of Expertise. Your responsibilities as a Manager HR will be: - Perform management and coordination for the HR Center of Expertise and alignment with HR Business Partner team and Divisions. - Advise Management regarding core HR policies and programs and their effective implementation. - Coordinate the activities (both day to day as well as the ongoing improvement initiatives) undertaken by the Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Projects & Planning and HR Data and Data & Reporting functions. - Advice Management Team on functions performed. Ensure, in coordination with the Supervisor Domestic HR, that actions initiated by the various Divisions are according to schedule and within policy. - Research the design, impact, and implementation required for changes or additions to HR activities. Develop sound professional recommendations based on findings. - Coordinate execution of HR Projects, Policy & Planning for Industrial Relations Division. - Provide input to the development of HR strategies for our client. - Remain informed regarding policies, as well as employee attitudes and developments in the oil and gas, petrochemical and technical service industry with respect to training, career development and compensation practice. - Perform special projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are highly technical in nature and may involve several different HR functions. - Oversee maintenance and execution of core HR Programs, e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefit Programs. dlvr.it/44QzKL
