Managing your vibration is a process to practice if your goal is peace, contentment, happiness - how you filter or perceive life/situations, what you make things mean and what emotion/vibrational result that yields you is a little pattern/loop in your mindset processing. Become mindful to that loop and if you need to, replace some old perceptions/filters and what I make things mean with some new ones and ABRACADABRA - Warning, this will require a great deal of LETTING GO - holding on is the danger zone because we can JUSTIFY it, but, does it serve your vibration? :-)
