Manchester United vs West Bromwich Albion PREVIEW. [By: Díppét Danish Sohail] With the end of the the international break Louis Van Gaal is set to make some difficult decisions regarding the selection of his team. This is another away fixture of Manchester United and given their recent away form this is by no means an easy one. Manchester United have not won any of their last five away league games and since most of their senior players are returning from the international break, the manager has to decide whether to risk playing them or go with the youngsters. A win would take Manchester United back to fourth position in the table and one point clear of their traditional rivals Liverpool who will move from fourth to fifth. In this strange season where perhaps apart from Chelsea and Manchester City, all other top teams have yet to find there form, Manchester United can take advantage of this fixture to further widen the gap. However with players like Di Maria and Robin Van Persie who have been playing in the international fixtures, the manager has to decide if he plays them or rests them and gives the youngsters a chance, keeping in mind the big fixture against Chelsea next week where the big names will need to be fresh and at their best. Luckily for United, there is no shortage of talent in the attack as it can be seen by the fact that they have scored 11 goals in last 4 league games. Adnan Januzaj and Ander Herrera are two brilliant youngsters who can start with Juan Mata in the midfield. Antonio Valencia is also available so there is no shortage of choices for the manager. Falcao and Van Persie will probably fill the role of the strikers but James Wilson might also be given a chance as his eye catching performances for the MUFC youngsters must have been noted by the manager. Daley Blind is expected to start in his usual defensive midfielder role, where he has already become a fans favourite. Fletcher and Fellaini are the only realistic replacements but Fletcher seems to be past his best whereas Fellaini has not played enough minutes to be deemed fit enough to start. It is the defense where most of Manchester United worries rest. Rojo has not been entirely convincing and Luke Shaw has come back after playing for the England U-21 while Phil Jones has just recovered from injury. Rafael has not been at his best so far but he has not played a lot this season. Louis Van Gaal has already shown he is not afraid to give the youngsters a chance which is why we might see Tyler Blackett and McNair starting the match as both of them have given some eye-catching performances. David De Gea would start in the posts. He has been a consistent performer for Manchester United since the last season and might soon be rewarded with a new contract in order to keep him being lured away by other clubs. West Brom have never won a league fixture against Manchester United but Manchester United are yet to win an away fixture this season. So both the teams would be looking at it as a tough fixture and in the end the battle of nerves is what would matter as United seem to have developed a habit of playing well in the start and getting nervous at the end. Would they overcome their nerves and finally get a win? Or is it going to be another loss for Louis Van Gaal? Only time will tell but with the Champions League position at stake, surely Manchester United wont slip anymore. #mufcvswba Credits: Díppét Danish Sohail.
