Mandy Fletcher - Park Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center We want to recognize each of our associates that has earned the distinction of Associate of the Year. Get to know Mandy Fletcher and read her award presentation speech below: Mandy Fletcher truly demonstrates the qualities and traits that represent an Associate of the Year day in and day out. She is passionate, dedicated and committed to her role - having served as a nurse at Park Meadows since September 2012 and the Unit Manager for Station 1 since November 2013. There is not a more worthy recipient of this award. As the Unit Manager for Station 1, Mandy takes on the challenge of a very busy and demanding 60 bed unit. Mandy is constantly on the move, though she never forgets why we are all here: to provide compassionate, quality care for our members. Mandy is the embodiment of great customer service, with a natural and constant smile on her face. Mandy has an outstanding “can-do” attitude and is always willing to help in any situation. She is loyal and dedicated, and always follows through to meet our member’s needs. She is passionate about what she does and it shows in her higher standard of work performance. The members on Mandy’s unit always speak very highly of her. She is compassionate and shows them that she really cares about each and every one of them, no matter what the situation. It is not out of the ordinary to hear that Mandy has created a WOW moment with one of her members – a moment that goes beyond the norm and provides an experience that will truly last a lifetime. How does she make these moments happen? It is her positive energy, and her willingness to truly listen to our member’s and find a way to make their stay an experience they can treasure. Mandy is an enormous asset to this team, and Park Meadows is so fortunate and very proud to have her.
