Description: The Mangaung Drama & Dance Group is looking for persons from various communities and interests to enter into a Further Education and Training Certificate in the Performing Arts Learnership (NQF Level 4). The function of these trainees shall be to contribute towards personal development and the development of performing arts in the Free State. Basic enlistment requirements: South African Citizen Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) Pass audition (to be arranged) The learnership is outcome-based and is intended to contribute toward addressing the skills shortage in South Africa. The Performing Arts Learnership is based on a legally binding agreement between the employer, learner and service provider. The Learnership Programme shall be presented for a period of one year consisting of: Theory Workplace Training On successful completion of the learnership, learners will receive a Futher Education Training Certificate in Performing Arts (NQF 4).
