Mango, Walnut, Apple Salad. Chop up 4 apples (skin removed if preferred) finely chop 4 mangoes(can leave skin on or off), place in a bowl, add half a cup of walnuts, add half a cup of sultanas, add half a cup of finely sliced celery, add condensed milk mayonnaise( place in a dish 2 cup condensed milk, 6 tablespoons malt vinegar and add 3/4 cup of milk blend well and add half tsp mustard. mix thoroughly, add to other ingredients in the bowl. finely slice or shred a lettuce and sprinkle over top of other ingredients and gently mix in.. place in fridge to chill then serve with anything that you would like..
