Manhattan Center: My name is SNOW. My Animal ID # is A1016557. I am a male white am pit bull ter and american staff mix. The shelter thinks I am about 1 YEAR 6 MONTHS old. I came in the shelter as a OWNER SURRENDER on 10/06/2014 from NY 10029, owner surrender reason stated was NYC HA BAN. A volunteer writes: Stunning young Snow is a dog like no other, a smooshable, huggable, adorable teenager with a personality as unique and beautiful as his dual-colored eyes. Ive really grown to love him during our time together, his enthusiasm for life is beyond compare and after each date we always walk (or in Snows case, dance) away with huge smiles on our faces! Theres nothing Snow does that isnt done with all his heart and whether hes roughhousing in the yard, happily greeting other dogs or snuffling a tasty treat from my hand this beautiful boy revels in it all. Hes definitely a high energy pup (and jumpy with it!) but Snow does know his commands and once hes gotten his zoomies out via a hearty game of fetch or tug-o-war hell sit politely to wait for a treat, taking it from my fingers with a surprisingly soft and gentle mouth. He meets other dogs both large and small with characteristic enthusiasm but his new parents may need to teach him that no matter how friendly he is, not everyone appreciates a big ol snowball barreling toward them! Winter is coming and its time to prepare for brisk walks to the dog park and cozy nights cuddled up on the couch. What better companion to share the snuggling season with than one named for its most beautiful feature? Snow is so much fun, he loves to give hugs, loves to wrassle with his friends, loves to play with toys, loves to eat...basically he just loves loves loves and then loves some more.
