Manipulation by Intimidation Manipulation is a relational imitation. A Manipulator can cause another’s emotional starvation To manipulate is the opposite to relate. The manipulator does not go beyond his self-interest. There is no concern what is for another’s best. Manipulation is damaging control. The damage to the other person can be something to behold. The controlled person has lost one’s identity. Being controlled is toxic to one’s serenity. The manipulated person’s entanglement can be untangled. The controlled person can stop being manipulated and mangled. The manipulator sees another person as an extension of himself. The manipulator’s own needs are supreme and others are put on the self. The manipulator knows another’s vulnerable spots. And that is the foundation for manipulator’s damaging plots. The person controlled has the responsibility to connect the dots. This connection can prevent a manipulator from tying one emotionally in knots
