Manmade Mountains is an idea that extends far beyond the members of the band. It represents a community of love, a family of oneness, and a group of friends and family that, though they may stray apart, are inadvertently intertwined by the amount of good times that they have shared. The music would not be as it is without the care of these select individuals. As of now (now being Sunday, November 9th, 2014) the band has reached a hiatus of sorts. Potentially prolific opportunities have sent members of the band in different directions. Three of them being sent to Nashville, one being called to stay in college, one being sent to California, and one being called to his home and his family in Athens, GA. Though we may be apart, we are excited to announce that we will try our best to complete a full length second album before these moves are made final. The worst case scenario would be the release of a few home recordings done in our spare time. We couldnt live with the fact of not attempting to share the songs that so many have inspired. Months, years, maybe decades down the road, we may come together again in harmony. But, for now, the members of the band will have their own musical projects going on separate from Manmade Mountains, and we will keep yall informed on those. As a band, we love you all, and we thank you for the monumental amount of support yall have given us in these past years.
