Manna Paper Post Morning Prayer Father God, we take time out of our rush and hurried life and pause to say “Thank You Lord”, thank you for your mercy and grace, for it was your grace that woke us up this morning. Thank You for being the loving Father that listens to our cry, for it is in thee that we find strength to walk this narrow journey home (heaven). Set our feet upon a foundation whose builder and maker is Jesus, my Lord and Savior, Father God we ask forgiveness of our known and unknown sins, dive out all fear, of what the future may bring. Take from us the stress and strain and order our footsteps in your word, for it is hard to shut our minds against the insistent intrusions of this world, with war and rumors of war, and of all the other constant invaders on the road toward home (heaven). Thank you for sending us forth this day strengthened by your spirit (the Holy Spirit) a comforter, a guide. Last but not less Father, thank you for binding up our worries, and heartaches, with thy tender loving touch in Jesus Name
