Manners cost nothing. I am constantly surprised at the emails we receive here at TGMB HQ. Whether its asking for advice, cancelling a membership or something else, I am shocked at the lack of manners shown by so many people! We receive many emails each week with neither a please nor a thank you. Some are downright rude. I realise emails can be misconstrued but thats all the more reason to be extra polite, surely? Next time you to go to fire off an email in a hurry to me or someone else, please stop and read it first. Does it sound like youre barking an order? Is it something you would say out loud to a stranger you were asking for help? TGMB is me (Claire) and Emma. We are real people. We are nice and we are helpful. We love friendly emails.
