That does not give license to them to interfere with my belief. BUT, those on the left have no tolerance for dissent. Opposing views are not permitted - they are cast as disrespectful and defamatory and must be silenced. A true non-believer would not waste a second being concerned about one as foolish as me, a believer. Investing time and energy to attack foolish believers makes absolutely no sense - let me, the village idiot be about my business and pity me in silence instead of employing effort to silence me.
