Manure is a fertilizer that helps plants to grow, but its normally waste obtained from either animal droppings or rotten plant matter....so it actually smells really awful. But when applied to the soil, after a couple of weeks, the smell subsides and the plant life blooms and enters into exponential growth..the manure, however bad it smells, gives the plants valuable minerals and nutrients that they couldnt have acquired otherwise. In the same way, we all go through some things in life that stink, we dont like it eg why did my relationship not make it, why did I come done with this sickness, why is my business not thriving etc but as a Christian, you need to have new perspective...that situation is like fertilizer, it may seem bad right now, but if you will stay in faith...that situation wont hinder you, it will strengthen you. These dissapointments are preparing you for new growth. To bloom, to blossom and to reach your destiny. The truth is, you cant reach your highest potential, without fertilizer....the awful stuff is not working against you, its working for you. It may smell bad right now, but if you keep doing the right thing, you will come in into a new season of growth: I would love to tell you that if you have faith, you trust God, do your best, that you will sail through life without difficulty....but thats not reality. Mathew 5:45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. In this life, stinky stuff is going to be dumped on you, but have this attitude,,that God wouldnt have allowed it, if he wasnt going to ultimately use it for your good. Instead of complaining, have the attitude, this is just fertilizer, God is getting me prepared for something greater If you go through the stink with the right attitude, God will take what was meant for your harm, and will use it to your advantage. You may feel like your life is a series of trouble, one problem after another, broken Dreams, failed relationships, poor finances, health issues, loss of loved ones etc etc but just be encouraged, that means you have a lot of fertilizer ..God is preparing you to go where you have never been. This is not the time to be discouraged, this is the time to get ready for new growth. You may not have liked what you have been through, but the truth is that it deposited something inside you, that you could only gain after passing through it. You couldnt learn it by reading a book, by listening to a message or by taking a class ...you could only learn it, through experience, through the trials of your faith...bse thats where we develop from. Luke 12:25-26 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? Philippians 4:6 Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Psalm 34:4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 27: 1-3 The LORD is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me,it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall.Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear;though war break out against me,even then I will be confident. Joshua 1:9 Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Psalm 145: 18-19 The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Isaiah 12:2 Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. That difficulty is strengthening you, its preparing you to go to the next level. Quit talking about what didnt work out, what you wish was different etc etc because without the fertilizer, you wouldnt reach your destiny. You have to make a decision and proclaim, am not going to give up on my dreams, these problems are mere fertilizer, to push me to further growth,,,,I will not quit, this fertilizer is enlarging me and making me stronger.
