Many Happy Returns of the day to Gerry Hiebert, Teresa Ebinger & Barry Wakeford from back in the day at Decade Distribution. Gerry Hiebert hired me as the Branch Manager. I was fresh from a dispatcher job at Johnson Terminals. Gerrys wife later confided to me that Gerry at his partners needed somebody to fire a few people, which Gerry apparently wasnt to good at. Geez, I didnt have a suit to my name and all the employees drove better cars than my rusted out Camaro. So, I convinced Gerry Id better work out in the warehouse for a couple of weeks until my first pay check so I could buy a suit....now the car was a little trickier but Gerrys partners were tied into a Ford dealership and they saw the validity of a loaner for their Branch Manager Im guessing! Happy Birthday wherever you guys are now!
