Many bible scholars and prophetic scholars still think that Rome or the actual ancient Babylon in Iraq is the Great Whore of Babylon spoken of in Revelation and they couldnt be more wrong. Just like everything else in the bible, it must be taken in context and fit ALL prophesy, not just pieces like Rome and Babylon do... The point of this post is to show how little time we actually have. People believing Rome is the Great Whore doesnt take into account that the merchants of the world were NOT made rich by her delicacies. Same with Babylon, Iraq. They are not surrounded by many waters. They are not the worlds superpower, and anyone saying that Babylon has to become a world power before prophesy is fulfilled is telling people that there is much more time left than there really is. For Babylon, Iraq to become the worlds superpower would take a very long time considering what it is now. Rome may sit on 7 hills, but the bible doesnt say hills it says MOUNTAINS, and the USA has 7 mountain ranges, not Rome or Babylon. No other nation in the world perfectly fits all scripture pertaining to the Great Whore than the USA, more specifically New York City (NYC) which represents the Great Whore. The video attached explains this very well and should leave zero doubt about what I am saying by using scripture in a broad sense, but I want to add to what this video says as well by giving a few facts that fit perfectly with prophesy. NYC represents the USA, as it has always been known as the gateway where immigrants came to the country and the largest city in the country. It is the financial capitol of the world, surrounded by many waters where the merchants of the world do business. NYC is where the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) trades (gambles) with the world! No other nation in the world has sold all the other nations the lie that it is okay to have a debtor system, when the bible says not to have debt. The whole world was sold on our rich way of life, only for our system to become corrupted over the years like it is now, to betray the other nations who bought into debtor democracy while we are supposed to be a Constitutional Republic. America and specifically NYC is the only nation in the world where ALL the merchants of the world would stand afar off crying if it were destroyed, because the whole world trades in the US Dollar. If the Dollar collapses, so does the world economy. Obama admits he is Muslim (I will attach videos under comment), has helped ISIS by sending arms that wind up in their hands. America sends out billions and billions of dollars in foreign aid to Islamic countries that hate us, and that money ends up in the hands of radical Islam like ISIS. US tax dollars are literally being spent on a war that specifically kills Christians. No other nation has led the world to believe that sorceries are okay by saying that doctors/pharmaceuticals can save you. ...for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived (Revelation 18:23). Obama said his biggest fear is a nuke going off in NYC, which ISIS claims is their goal. And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate (Revelation 18:19). A nuke would make her desolate in one hour, not just by flattening NYC, but also destroying the NYSE. The dollar would collapse to nothing, meaning no trucks on the highways, no gas at the gas stations, no groceries in the stores, no more business PERIOD! There would be instant chaos. The Great Whore is the USA and can be no other. We are about to be judged for falling away as a nation, and the destruction of the Great Whore (Revelation 17-18) is our judgement. I also believe this correlates with the rapture, because right as the destruction comes about Revelation says: And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived (Revelation 18:23). In my opinion, Revelation 18 correlates directly with the rapture which is also described in Revelation 7:9-10, After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. That means it comes after the breaking of the 6th seal in Revelation 6:12, And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood. This could also describe how the USA is destroyed in a single hour, because I believe this event will happen simultaneously with Revelation 18. The nuke going off in NYC covers the financial aspect and the east coast when you consider nuclear fallout, but what about the west coast? After the 6th seal is broken there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood (Revelation 6:12). The great earthquake of biblical proportions could be the big one California has been waiting for. At the same time, the Yellowstone Super Volcano sits near that same fault line, which is due to blow. The great earthquake could trigger the super volcano, which is so big it would cover the earth in ash and darken the skies, making the moon look blood red. The 2 events from Revelation 18 and Revelation 6:12 happening simultaneously both on the east coast (nuke in NYC) and the west coast (California big one and Super Volcano) would literally wipe out America (The Great Whore) in a single hour by the wrath of God. Scripture shows how after both events, the bride of Christ is then seen in Heaven, so I have to presume they happen at the same time. After these 2 simultaneous events happen, the world would be in CHAOS from the collapse of the dollar financially, and from the sun being darkened by the ash spewing out of the Yellowstone Super Volcano. The bride/lights/candles are gone/raptured, so there will be a call for peace and safety around the world like never before. The antichrist then has the reason to unite the world under the false peace deal. This is my take on soon to come prophesy, and so far nobody has been able to give any credible biblical evidence to refute it. The time is shorter than you understand. ISIS could set off that nuke any day, so the rapture could be any day!
