Many church leaders are worried abt church attendance and why many come to church with zeal bt drop out in a short while. The reason is simple, their need is not met in church. Their spirit is not fed in church, soon a starving spirit can not send the flesh to church coz ther is nothing ther. Preaching sin is not food for the spirit. Focussing on sin, removes worship from the spirit to the flesh. Sin is committed by the flesh, so in continually reminding people abt sin, U kill the spirit. A church tht preaches abt the sins of people is like a hospital wher a burn victim goes for treatment and when they get ther, they are met with more fire! Obviously they wont stay long. When U go to Church U know yo sins. U go to church to feed the spirit so that it helps U overcome sin. What U need to hear is that Jesus loves U as U r. The sins U did are all forgiven and forgotten. U need to hear tht God is in U. Tht He wants U to listen to His voice everyday. U need to b told tht U r special and wonderfully made. U need to be told that sometimes U will fall into temptation bt tht doesnt mean that God loves U less. What we do in flesh is not the point. The point is what God has done for us in Jesus. When Jesus died for our sins, it doesnt mean tht He died for the sins U did b4 U knew Him only. It means if U fall into sin today, His grace is still yours. If U fall into sin tomorrow, His grace is still sufficient. We need not lie to ourselves and say tht we wont sin when we get saved. We r fortunate tht we will fall and rise but the Holy Spirit will not leave us. Only one thing will remove the Holy Spirit from anyone saved, tht is denouncing Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. U need to be told in Church tht falling from grace is not by sin. It is because of sin that Jesus died for us. Sin is not the issue in church. The issue is the wonderful gift of life in Christ Jesus. I tell U if Churches preached the Gospel of grace and not sin, many people will know the love tht God has for us. Many people would flock to Church Just to hear the good news of the Father who let His son die for the sins of many. Tht no matter what they did, when they seek Him and repent, He will hear them and forgive their sins and heal their land.
