If you have an anniversary, COME TO THE BUSINESS MEETING to schedule at date to speak. You cannot come to a meeting and decide that you are speaking, because it is your anniversary. The Chair people go to some lengths to arrange for speakers, it is not right to came and think you can supplant their speaker.
