To me it will be difficult for police to charge him as there is no complainant and there is no lady/ woman who will come to court to identify their own undergarments. He will be acquitted if he engage a good defence lawyer. It will be difficult for the police to prosecute and secure a conviction. So therefor I support that to give him a few tight slaps and shame him or even send him to Tanjong Rambutan for inspection.
