Many diet plans are out there. In my very humble opinion, this way of eating is illogical. I hear many people say they were vegetarians for x years, then added meat back into diet and felt better. Most vegetarians are either 1.Not eating enough of the 45 to 55 protein grams per day or 2. Most people have digestive issues, so they can eat the healthiest foods and not absorb their nutrients. A Greens drink works for everyone, all the time and improves digestive system dramatically. Other diets like Paleo are great bc the sugars, starches and boxed/processed foods have been eliminated, not because meat, 3x a day is added! (that much meat will have some serious side-effects over the long-term) Best to eat within the season (google), eat quality, plant-based protein, get adequate hydration, and commit the 7 Steps to Vibrant Body Health to memory. Its a lifestyle, (nothing perfect, only balanced) and not a diet that will create quality health in your life for years to come! ♡
