Many employers will demand experience from prospective employees thus a fact but who should we blame??.I have different opinion on this matter much as I will respect yours, but being someone with experience in recruiting people I feel employees are to blame too.I can say without hiding that I have been to different interview boards and I have always defended fresh graduates and youths without experience but with qualifications. Much as in many cases my voice has been heard but I have noted that training someone is very expensive. A company needs money to train someone and other people are un trainable but they are not many. The behavior of some employees leaves a lot to be desired as well after getting employed without experience. Just imagine an organization spends a lot of money to train you and after getting the skills you work only for 2-5 months then you leave for the so called greener pastures. Thus why organizations will say tikufuna wa experience kale because they know that no training costs will be attached! akachoka kaya after a month apezawina!!. have you ever wondered that other organizations are always in news papers advertising for the same post almost bi-annually??.Kusakhazikika kwa achinyamata ena pa tchito kukuvularitsa anthu ena wosalakwa!!.CASE STUDY: our organization employed a female person last year as Accounts assistant tinamutumiza ku training for a week at mbolembole hotel,mponela and that was after just a week titamulemba nchitoyo.Atamaliza traning kulandilako ma allowance sanafike ku office and she just sent me this text "MAYESO ANGA ADIPLOMA AJA ATULUKA NDIYE SINAPANGE BWINO NDALEPHERA SUBJECT YA COSTING NDI ENA AWIRI NDIYE NDUPITA KUSUKULU KU MCA KU BLANTYRE NDIYE NDIZABWERA AFTER SIX MONTHS MUKAZANDIFUNA!!!!! oooooh Jesus Christ of Nazareth!!!!!!!!!!! sinamuyankhe mpaka pano.Kenako anayamba kumandifulasha.
