Many friends around are vegetarian. They have doubt if Airfryer can make nice vegetables. Since I start using Airfryer, I found myself eat more vegetables because they are so delicious cooked by Airfryer. Below is one of my favorites to share! Almond-Shallot Green Beans ======================= Green Beans 100 gr (ends trimmed) Red Bell Pepper 1 (cut into strips) Toast Almond 2 tbsp (chopped coarsely) Shallot 1 (thinly sliced) Butter 1 tbsp (melted) Oil, Salt & Pepper 1. Coat green beans with little oil and Airfry at 200 degree for 3 min. 2. Add in bell pepper strips, shallots and butter. Mix well and further Airfry for another 3 min. 3. Lastly add in almond, stir well and Airfry for 1-2 min (depends on your preference) 4. For spicy lovers, drizzle Tobasco before serve. A terrific healthy dish!!
